Swim Lesson Coordinator

At SafeSplash, we're passionate about teaching kids and adults the joy of swimming. As a Swim Lesson Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our students receive top-notch instruction and a safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist swim instructors in the pool area
  • Enforce safety regulations and protocols
  • Manage swim class attendance and attendance tracking
  • Assist swimmers and instructors as needed
  • Perform minor pool maintenance and upkeep

Requirements:

  • Current Red Cross Lifeguard certification
  • Previous swim instruction experience
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
