Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students by teaching them how to swim in a fun and safe environment.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement lesson plans for group and individual swimming lessons
  • Conduct swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents
  • Ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area
  • Maintain a clean and organized teaching environment
Requirements
  • No prior teaching experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to all new instructors
  • A passion for swimming and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
  • The ability to work well with children is also required
