**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our team at Mentor Technical Group. As a key member of our climate control team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Install and maintain diverse heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lay out wires and pipes to complete HVAC systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Inspect and test HVAC systems to identify and troubleshoot issues, making necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Perform checks on motors and belts, handle lubrication duties, and replace filters as needed to maintain system performance.
  • Repair and maintain steam and hot water boilers, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
  • Handle running conduit for HVAC equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

  • Minimum 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician; willingness to continue education in the HVAC field.

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
