Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Pharmacy Technicians. As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including reviewing and complying with company policies and procedures. Your expertise will be utilized to fill prescriptions accurately, process manual claims, and maintain inventory control.

• Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, under direct supervision, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Fulfill prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine is correct, and checking for possible interactions.
• Process (correct and resubmit) manual claims for third-party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner.
• Responsible for using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedules, including evening and weekend hours.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment or knowledge of store inventory control is preferred.
• Good math skills and computer proficiency are also desired.
