Job Title: Finishing Technician

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is a leading global manufacturer of high-performance thermoplastic materials. We are seeking a skilled Finishing Technician to join our team.

Job Summary

The Finishing Technician will be responsible for de-burring, finishing, cleaning, and assembling machined parts to meet or exceed customer specifications. The successful candidate will prioritize safety and promote KAITEKI values in a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use razor blades and chamfer tools to break all edges and remove burrs from parts.
  • Wash parts with mild detergent, rinse, and air dry.
  • Perform butt welding of blow molded bottles (if applicable).
  • Place finished parts in clean plastic containers for shipping or QA.
  • Maintain proper records and become proficient with the ERP System.
  • Read job travelers and follow work instructions.
Requirements
  • Complete all company training courses as assigned.
  • Trained on Data Collection in ERP System.
  • Ability to listen and follow directions.
  • Ability to work well with others.
