Job Summary

Carmax is seeking a skilled Automotive Refinish Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles meet our high standards of quality and appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete cosmetic inspections of vehicles to identify areas for improvement

• Repair and replace small parts to ensure vehicle functionality

• Perform paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to achieve a showroom finish

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to CarMax's high standards of safety and cleanliness

Requirements

• Prior experience in automotive refinishing or a related field is preferred

• Manual dexterity, physical stamina, and ability to lift heavy objects are essential

• Excellent attention to detail and customer focus are required
