Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Mentor Technical Group. As a key member of our operations staff, you will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

- Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparation of reports, memos, and other documents">
- Receive, screen, and process telephone calls and facsimiles">
- Provide services in the reception area, including greeting visitors and responding to inquiries">
- Handle confidential and controlled documents, including complaints, financial reports, and performance appraisals">
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software">
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 1-4 years of office administration experience, which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. **Preferred Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field">
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a must">
- Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the life sciences industry">
