Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for coordinating, managing, receiving, and shipping company and customer calibration standards and instruments under current contracts and services.

  1. Equipment Operations: Performs routine tasks relative to equipment operations as directed.
  2. Service Request Registry Update: Responsible for service request registry update and maintenance.
  3. Service Status Log: Daily publication of service status log for compliance with current applicable QMS procedure.
  4. Calibration Standards Management: Keeps current calibration standards status in ProCAl software.
  5. Asset Handling and Coordination: Responsible for safeguarding and proper handling of department and client assets (standards and equipment).
  6. Equipment Transportation and Delivery: Proper coordination of equipment handling, pick-up, transportation, shipping, packaging, and delivery to and from destinations.
  7. Project Log Management: Keeps current Department awarded Project Log for invoicing matters.
  8. Emergency Response: Able to work extra hours and respond to emergency calls when required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Years of experience required or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
  • Must be fully bilingual (Spanish and English). Capacity to read and write English in complete and understandable sentences.
  • Educational Requirements: Associate degree in Instrumentation Technology, Electronics, or Business Management.
