We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing data-driven analytical solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a minimum of one year of experience in developing complex queries in SQL, Access, Power Query, Power Pivot, SAS, Cognos, and other internal software available integrating multiple databases.
Responsibilities include developing reports and analyzing business/process data as per the business requirements, creating and presenting business performance reports for upper management, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and operate with minimal supervision.
Required skills and qualifications include proficiency in data processing tools like SQL, SAS, and Advanced Excel, as well as the ability to evaluate process and design solutions using database information.
