Adecco Puerto Rico is seeking a talented sales leader to join our team. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that employees are equipped to meet their targets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in managing and motivating sales teams. They will be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are meeting their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales team and ensure they are meeting their targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Motivate and coach employees to achieve their targets
  • Provide feedback and guidance to employees
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales leadership
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
