Esta posición estaría supervisando al gerente de oficina, al supervisor de campo y manejando el equipo de ventas. Esta posición debe tener licencia de conducir de PR vigente y no debe tener multas.

El puesto es exento con un sueldo anual de $35,568.00
Requisitos:

•Supervising the office manager, field supervisor and managing the Sales team.

•High school or equivalent or Bachelor's degree preferred.

•Sales experience not required

•Sales Counselor and sales supervisory experience preferred

•Experience presenting, training, coaching and motivating salespeople and sales forces a plus

•Working knowledge of Windows-based PC environment and MS office applications

•Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems a plus

•Ability to maintain confidentiality

•Ability to work beyond standard business hours when necessary to service customers

•Ability to set goals for employees that are challenging but achievable
