Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the administration and maintenance of call center applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work closely with business units to optimize application usage and implement changes as needed.
  • Establish and execute testing plans, certify application releases, and prepare documentation for operational processes.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to understand and implement IT infrastructure designs and rollouts.
  • Participate in scrum meetings, prioritize tasks, and document standard operating procedures.
  • Develop training content and conduct programs for application deployments and upgrades.
  • Perform daily maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and communicate new releases to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely completion of requirements and maintain accurate records.
