Job Title: Director of Surgical Services

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff, operational, and nursing activities to ensure seamless patient care
  • Collaborate with physicians and CNO to interpret medical center policies and ensure patient needs are met
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Licensed RN in the State of Arizona
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in surgical services or a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
