Busy Season Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Finance Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless payment processing, reconciliation, and record-keeping for our clients.
About the RoleThe Accounts Payable Finance Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing accounts payable invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and preparing electronic transfers and payments. They will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
