We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Caregiver to provide personal care and companionship assistance to seniors in their homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, promoting their independence, and providing emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition to management
Requirements:
- Home Care Aide (HCA) License
- CPR certification
- Availability to work 4-6 hours during the day
- TB test within the past 2 years (if currently working at another agency) or within 90 days prior to hire
- 6+ months of experience in caregiving (if you have +2 years, you earn higher starting pay)
- Ability to drive clients in your own insured/registered vehicle (preferred)
