About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team in Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will have excellent research and data management skills, effective verbal and written communication, and ability to work under pressure as part of a large team.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Compliance Lead in ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal policies.
  • Monitor visits audit engagements from federal regulators and participate in collaborating in internal monitoring process and external audits.
  • Provide data, research, and technical assistance as required to ensure the program satisfies stated requirements as well as industry best practices.
  • Work closely with the Compliance Lead and the program staff to review and interpret grant requirements, statutes, regulations, and policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, management, or other relevant field.
  • At least 1+ years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, accounting, or grants administration.
  • Knowledge of principles, techniques, and guidelines relative to grants and contract administration.
What We Offer
