Essential Qualifications:
- Masters-level education in Clinical Social Work
- Strong background in behavior analysis, chronic illness management, and disease prevention
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Current professional licensure and certification
- Minimum two years of experience in a Clinical, Behavioral, or Managed Care environment
