Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Associate to join our team at The James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute. Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Registered Nurse-Patient Care Coordinator in providing direct and indirect patient care activities.
  • Collaborate with the patient, family, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and support to patients and families.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Previous patient care experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
