We are seeking an Expert Telecommunications Service Advisor to join our team at Popular in Cabo Rojo. As a leading financial institution in Puerto Rico, we offer a wide range of services and financial solutions to our customers.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $42,000 per year, considering the location and industry standards.

Job Description:

In this role, you will provide excellent telephone service to ensure customer retention and growth by offering them the best possible service experience.

You will analyze client needs and make decisions to resolve their issues immediately, promoting cross-sales of financial products and services.

A minimum of 24 approved credits or equivalent combination of education and experience is required for this position, as well as at least two years of experience in customer service or sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills and etiquette.
  • PC skills, including knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
  • Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
