Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily property operations, including cash handling and customer service
  • Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with a focus on safety and maximizing units available for rent
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Cash handling experience preferred
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to multitask
Work Environment

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will spend approximately 50% of your time in outdoor environments, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors frequently. You will also be required to conduct property walks, inspect maintenance needs, and ensure safety and security measures are in place.
