About the Role:

Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management.
  • Ensure leftovers are stored correctly and inventories are maintained.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen operations to ensure excellent customer service and quality food.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
