Job Title: Roofing Inspector

This role involves conducting thorough inspections of roofing systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect roof installations to ensure compliance with building codes, manufacturer guidelines, and project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographs, sketches, and written documentation of findings.
  • Provide recommendations for repairs, maintenance, or replacement based on inspection results.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification in roofing inspection, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in roofing, construction, or inspection roles.
