Job Description
At Mentor Technical Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing human resources strategies for business units and functional groups.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives.
- Proactively resolve HR and business issues, providing solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle management.
- Anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.
- Support business decisions using data analytics tools to guarantee informed decisions.
- Develop and promote employee programs that drive continuous improvement and business culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing industry environment.
- Coaching experience and team effectiveness facilitation skills.
- Certified Behavioral Program, Trainer, and Interviewer Certifications.
- Ambition to develop and grow in an organization with opportunities for long-term career aspirations.
