Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and execute human resources strategies for business units and functional groups.
2. Partner with business operations to understand business needs and objectives, and proactively resolve HR and business issues.
3. Provide solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle management.
4. Anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.
5. Support business decisions using data analytics tools to guarantee informed decisions.
6. Develop and promote employee programs that drive continuous improvement and business culture.
7. Execute team effectiveness interventions and drive projects using DMAIC methodology to guarantee results to business challenges.

Requirements:

• Experience in HR - Manufacturing Industry Environment.
• Coaching experience.
• Team effectiveness facilitation experience.
• Possess Certified Behavioral Program, Trainer, and Interviewer Certifications.
