Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Lead to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of food, service, and hospitality. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining professionalism and ethos.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining professionalism and ethos
  • Responsible for the business performance of the restaurant while on duty
  • Maintain high standards of food, service, and health code, and safety
  • Train and motivate crew members
  • Plan and execute shift duties in each key area of the operations
  • Monitor supplies and manage inventory to ensure par stock level is maintained
  • Follow government established guidelines and regulations when serving alcoholic beverages (if applicable)
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas at all times
  • Monitor and maintain the product quality, ingredient usage, and hygiene and sanitation practice meet and exceed company's standards
Requirements
  • Flexibility of schedule, including weekends and nights
  • Ability to work a minimum of 5 shifts per week, including weekends and nights
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant employees and work as a team by helping others as needed or requested
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively with customers and other employees
