Job Summary:
We are seeking a Contract Recruiter for Prime Janitorial Service to manage recruitment activities, coordinate internal and external job postings, and maintain communication with management and the human resources director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities, including internal and external job postings, scheduling of interviews, and maintenance of recruitment records, reports, and logs
- Communicate with management and HR Director to schedule recruitment needs, receive and screen resumes, and verify candidate qualifications
- Inbound and outbound calls, telephone interviews, and scheduling of interviews, refer candidates to drug testing and inform results to HR Team
- Coordinate with temporary agencies the recruitment of personnel, conducts reference and background checks, prepare new hire kits, and welcome new employees to Prime Janitorial Service family
- Schedule training, inform new hires about required documents, coordinates job fairs, and prepares various HR monthly reports as required
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Management/Human Resources or related field
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting and sourcing, preferably in high-volume recruitment environment or large-scale initiatives
- Agency recruitment experience is highly preferred, previous experience working with competency-based selection methods is also preferred
- Experience with social media recruiting methods, candidate pipelining, cold calling, RPO recruiting, marketing analytics is preferred, Targeted Selection/Behavioral Interviewing is also preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word Processing, and PowerPoint
- Possess strong organizational skills, prioritize work, and ability to work independently and collectively with administrative and HR team associates
- Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) is required
