Recruiter (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our remote team in Puerto Rico. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting top talent with their ideal job opportunities. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of roles across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Use various tools and techniques to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidates' skills, and align them with the client's needs.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate employment terms and extend job offers.
Maintain a thorough understanding of client hiring needs to ensure a match between the candidate and the organizational culture and requirements.
Keep accurate records of all interactions and stages in the recruitment process within our ATS.
Provide regular updates and feedback to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Meet defined metrics and goals for hiring timelines, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of successful placements.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with technology and able to use various recruitment tools and platforms.
