Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team at Comerica Incorporated. As a key member of our Enterprise Payments Group, you will be responsible for providing project, business, and production support for our Treasury Management applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act in a lead and/or supporting role on projects of various sizes executed utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Represent client voice for user-friendly and intuitive application design and requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and products.
  • Create test plans, test scripts, coordinate, and execute user acceptance testing.
  • Create procedures and train support groups on new products and enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between client group, technology group, and production application support.
  • Provide production and business support and problem resolution for the supported applications.
  • Perform disaster recovery testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 5+ years of Technical/Operations experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with incident resolution or problem determination.
  • 5 years of experience testing, validating, and implementing system changes.
  • 5 years of experience in Project Management or experience performing a lead role in medium to large-size projects executed using both Agile and Waterfall methodology.
  • 5 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office/Access/SharePoint.
