KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Deliver exceptional clinical protocols while maximizing results and practices growth through strong partnership with the Store Manager, store team, and Regional Manager.
  2. Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
  3. Establish a positive Doctor/patient relationship.
  4. Utilize and leverage effectively all technology to deliver unsurpassed patient/customer experiences.
  5. Ensure office systems are maintained.
  6. Maintain State Licensure in good standing and practices to the full scope of that license, responsible for maintaining Continuing Education requirements.
  7. Provides effective training and guidance to team members making use of Company provided programs.
  8. Delivers clear, motivating and constructive feedback in a timely manner to all associates.
  9. Creates a positive culture linked to the corporate culture; identifies what motivates each individual and directs conversations and actions appropriately.
  10. Encourages associate decision making at the level closest to the patient.
  11. Maximizes partnerships through leadership, participation and involvement.
  12. Takes pride in the appearance of the office.
  13. Maintains safe working environment for all associates/patients.
  14. Leads by example.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Doctor of Optometry
  2. Commitment to quality patient care
  3. Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology
  4. Strong communicator and listener
  5. Problem solving ability
  6. Solid Organization skills
