Merchandiser Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Merchandiser to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in San Fernando and surrounding areas. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional merchandising support for our brands, including 7 UP, Snapple, Core, and Bai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute merchandising plans to drive sales and increase brand visibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure effective product placement and display
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail merchandising or sales support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
