Facility Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
As a Facility Operations Coordinator at CAMBA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and manage a preventive maintenance plan that meets all facility standards. This includes ensuring that all equipment and tools are properly maintained, reporting any issues to the Assistant Program Manager, and providing minor repairs and improvements to the facility as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and maintain confidentiality.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan to ensure all facility standards are met.
• Train direct reporting staff on facility operations and proper use of equipment.
• Report any inoperable tools or equipment to the Assistant Program Manager.
• Provide minor repairs and improvements to the facility, as needed.
• Ensure proper maintenance inventory and storage of all equipment, supplies, and tools.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs for HVAC, elevator, fire safety, and security systems.
Requirements:
• HS Diploma or GED and 3 years of applicable experience, or Associates degree and 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and supervisors.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
