Job Description

The role of the Visual Inspection Specialist at Cis International LLC requires a unique blend of quality assurance expertise and technical skills to ensure that our products meet rigorous industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of parenteral products to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify, document, and analyze defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to investigate and resolve quality issues.
  • Operate and maintain automatic visual inspection equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and software updates for inspection systems.
  • Analyze inspection data and generate reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry (Parenteral, Combo Products, Vials, and/or automated injectors).
  • Strong understanding of cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality assurance principles.
  • Technical proficiency with visual inspection equipment and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of characterization, commissioning & qualification, maintenance, CI, and troubleshooting.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations. This figure is subject to change depending on individual qualifications and company policies.
