Company Overview: Tidal Basin is a leading provider of innovative solutions for grant management and reporting. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining tracking mechanisms and reporting templates. This includes creating periodic or ad hoc reports/dashboards as requested by program management and the client. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data in Microsoft Office Excel and other data modeling tools. Proficiency in dashboard design and maintenance, database languages (C#, SQL, HTML, MatLab), and communication skills are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, economics, accounting, information systems, or another relevant field;
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in case management, financial management, accounting, application processing, grant-funded government programs, or other relevant field;
• Proficiency in data management and reporting software required;
