Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Printing, Gluing, and Folding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities in the Printing, Gluing, and Folding departments to ensure timely production and quality output.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production operators and technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure production schedules are met by planning, organizing, and monitoring workflow.
  • Monitor production processes to guarantee all products meet MM Packaging's high-quality standards.
  • Oversight of troubleshooting and corrective actions for operational issues in the Printing, Gluing, or Folding processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, machine downtime, and employee performance, preparing and submitting regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the packaging industry, specifically in Printing, Gluing, or Folding processes.
  • Fully bilingual.
  • Certifications related to manufacturing or production management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are a plus.
