To strengthen our Team inPuerto Rico at our Guaynabo Site, we are looking for aProduction Supervisor for our 1st Shift.

We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Printing, Gluing, and Folding areas. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe production process while maintaining high-quality standards. The Production Supervisor will be key in coordinating with team members, managing production schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving overall productivity
Your Role
You will supervise and coordinate the activities in the Printing, Gluing, and Folding departments to ensure timely production and quality output.
You will lead, motivate, and manage a team of production operators and technicians. Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations.?
You will ensure production schedules are met by planning, organizing, and monitoring workflow.
You will monitor production processes to ensure all products meet MM Packaging's high-quality standards.
You will oversee troubleshooting and corrective actions for any operational issues that may arise in the Printing, Gluing, or Folding processes.
You will maintain accurate records of production data, machine downtime, and employee performance. Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
You will work closely with other departments, including logistics, quality control, and engineering, to ensure smooth production and timely delivery of orders.

Your Profile

You have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.

You have already gained 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the packaging industry, specifically in Printing, Gluing, or Folding processes.

You are fully bilingual

Any certifications related to manufacturing or production management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are a plus.
