Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and general services to the Collateral Vault Department, ensuring the accuracy and security of loan documentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Custody: Safeguard all legal and administrative documents for Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, Popular Bank, and Popular Auto approved loans.
  • Collateral Analysis: Review documentation files and records to ensure compliance with established bank and legal guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Respond to internal customer requests and resolve complaints or problems promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining and updating collateral files inventory.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
