Program Manager Role

About the Position:

Human Advisors, Llc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to oversee the program's operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all procedures, policies, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine work priorities and assign tasks accordingly.
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members, including setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
  • Develop educational initiatives to enhance team member skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve conflicts or identify resource needs.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and provide employee training.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess program impact and evaluate using various measurement tools.

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
