About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Part Time Sr. Store Associate to join our team at The ODP Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers about Office Depot products and services.
  • Utilize communication tools to request assistance and coordinate customer engagement throughout the store.
  • Perform duties such as cashier, logistics support, stocking, and inventory control.
  • Ensure the completion of damaged and defective merchandise through the RCC process.
  • Proactively engage every customer to ensure a positive experience.
  • Utilize and understand the selling program to promote sales and additional product and/or services solutions.
  • Maintain awareness of planned advertisements and promotions.
  • Drive Technology, Tech Services, Furniture, and Print sales by supporting current programs and new product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and practices.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a related field.
  • 2 Years Sales and/or Customer Services experience preferred.
  • Ability to use technology and print equipment applicable to the role.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong selling skills and interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Ability to coach and train others in a professional environment.
