Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Construction Management Team, including processing Change Orders, Pay Applications, and Submittals.
- Update project calendars and coordinate project meetings, ensuring timely and effective project progress.
- Attend progress meetings, record minutes, and distribute accordingly.
- Oversee project documentation filing systems, including acquiring project reports, maintaining inspector daily reports, and project closeout.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years' administrative experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
