At PRIME AE Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our Construction Management Team in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Construction Management Team, including processing Change Orders, Pay Applications, and Submittals.
  • Update project calendars and coordinate project meetings, ensuring timely and effective project progress.
  • Attend progress meetings, record minutes, and distribute accordingly.
  • Oversee project documentation filing systems, including acquiring project reports, maintaining inspector daily reports, and project closeout.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' administrative experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
