Job Description:

At Jobleads-Us, we're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role is instrumental in building strong relationships with our customers' users and decision-makers, as well as collaborating with all appropriate internal organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage customer relationships at all levels in assigned accounts to prove and maximize value in our solution.
  • Work closely with the account team to ensure renewals and retention.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within our organization.
  • Leverage your commercial interactions with enterprise-level customers to build trust and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial interactions with enterprise-level customers.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to facilitate, drive, and influence cross-functional teams.
