This pivotal role involves customer ecosystem mapping, strategic insights development, and integration with product teams to ensure that customer interactions drive product enhancements. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing criteria for strategic accounts, prioritizing and engaging with these accounts, and refining the value proposition to align with their business goals. As a leader, the VP will build and lead a high-impact team of global account executives, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and long-term customer success. Cross-functional collaboration is essential, particularly with the customer success and product teams, to ensure a seamless customer journey and to advocate for customer needs within the organization.

Applicants for the Vice President of Strategic Accounts position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in account management, sales, or business development, with a focus on strategic accounts. A strong technical understanding of networking and network security is required, as these are foundational to the company's technology. The role demands a proven track record in managing large, complex client relationships and achieving revenue growth, as well as strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, be adept at deriving insights from data, and be capable of making data-driven decisions.
