Job Title: Test Center Administrator

At Prometric, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Center Administrator to join our team. As a Test Center Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our test centers, providing exceptional customer service to candidates, and maintaining the highest standards of exam integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify candidate identification and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor exams and ensure a secure testing environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and respond to their inquiries
  • Maintain test center facilities and equipment, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for candidates
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and ensure seamless test center operations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience a plus
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in a face-to-face setting
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with candidates and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
