At Pearson, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Administrator to join our team in Guaynabo, PR. As a Test Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a secure and comfortable testing environment for candidates, ensuring that all testing procedures are followed, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Checking in testing candidates, verifying identification, and explaining the exam process
  • Proctoring/invigilating candidates while testing
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with internal departments
  • Completing light housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards
  • Other tasks as assigned

We are looking for a candidate who is flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, Monday through Saturday, between 7:15am and 10:00pm. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, and experience proctoring or invigilating exams. Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office is also preferred.
