This is an exciting opportunity to join Dcmc Partners as a Community Engagement Liaison, playing a key role in building strong relationships with local communities and supporting our project teams.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to community members, responding promptly to inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with project management and staffing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Travel to generation sites to engage with community members and support project staff, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in community engagement, public relations, or project coordination, preferably in a construction, energy, or infrastructure-related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse community groups and stakeholders.
- Experience in organizing community events, workshops, or meetings.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
