**Job Title:** Regulatory Compliance Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ensuring compliance with controlled substances local and federal regulations as they apply to distributors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage effective compliance with the Controlled Substance Program (CSP)
  • Develop and review company policies and procedures related to controlled substances
  • Lead regulatory audits and serve as the management liaison
  • Audit procedures, practices, and documents to identify potential weaknesses or risks
  • Assess company operations and DEA commitments to determine compliance risk

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in a compliance role
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
