**Job Details:**
We are currently hiring for the Housekeeping Department and Laundry Department. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our guest rooms and suites, including vacuuming carpets, cleaning floors, dusting furniture, changing linen, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms. Proactive guest service is essential, with a focus on responding to requests in a professional and courteous manner.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Cleaning guest rooms and suites as assigned by supervisor
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service
- Responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Replacing room amenities, literature, and other items as directed by supervisor
- Maintaining knowledge of brand standards and requirements
**Requirements:**
- Must be fluent in English
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
