About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation. As a key member of our doughnut factory team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain the 7-step sanitation process to ensure a clean and safe environment for doughnut production
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any sanitation or cleaning issues
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals to ensure effective sanitation
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule cleaning and maintenance activities
  • Assist with packing and making doughnuts as needed
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a food manufacturing or similar environment, with a focus on sanitation and cleaning
  • Ability to read and document work activities, including basic math skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
  • Dependability and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
