We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

• Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive first impression of our studio
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested clients, highlighting the benefits of our unique workout experience
• Sell memberships to new clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding process
• Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout and provide ongoing support
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
• Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

• Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Basic knowledge of fitness and exercise principles, with a willingness to learn and grow
