Capital Projects Change Management Role
We are seeking an accomplished Change Control Specialist to spearhead Change Management initiatives within our Capital Projects area. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the successful execution of capital construction projects within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to facilitate project implementation
* Foster collaboration among project teams, site leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment
* Conduct thorough stakeholder analyses and create tailored engagement plans to address resistance and promote adoption
* Craft and disseminate clear, targeted communication plans to maintain stakeholder awareness throughout the project lifecycle
* Provide dedicated support to end-users during and after project implementation
* Regularly monitor and report on change initiative progress, addressing emerging issues

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management activities within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry
* Fluency in both Spanish and English
* Outstanding Communication skills and a Positive attitude
