Role Overview

The Process Optimization Specialist will play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity. This individual will work closely with our engineering and construction teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Maintain compliance with GMP and FDA regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Experience with OSI PI and SQL server management
